This Privacy Policy describes how Fortress Cyber-Physical Security Advisors ("Fortress," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit fortresscyphysec.com (the "Site"), submit an inquiry, or request a consultation.
This policy covers the Site only. Information you provide during a paid engagement is governed by the engagement agreement, statement of work, and any non-disclosure agreement between us.

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form or request a consultation, we collect the information you enter — your name, email address, organization, industry, and the description of your need or environment.

INFORMATION WE ASK YOU NOT TO SEND
Do not submit classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), passwords or credentials, system diagrams, network topologies, vulnerability findings, penetration test results, personnel security records, or other sensitive security material through the Site's public forms.
The Site's contact form is not a secure channel and is not approved for the transmission of controlled or classified information. Where an engagement requires the exchange of sensitive material, we will establish an appropriate secure method before any such information is transmitted.
